But it must start with belief.

What if you see no hope? You’re too far gone? Never.

A healthy ‘you’ isn’t a sprint. It’s a marathon.

Suppose a lifelong non-athlete were to decide to run a marathon in a year. How would he achieve that goal? He’d start by walking around the block. Then two blocks the next day. Then four. After a couple of weeks of this, it might be a light jog for 6 or 7 minutes. After a few months, he may have worked his way up to a 10k — something thought impossible at the beginning. Keep up this progression and he runs a marathon as planned.

The point is, accept where you are at today with your health. Start slowly. Change your habits. Learn. Adopt The MEANS to an End Lifestyle™.
